Returns

 

WITH BEING A NEW BUSINESS, CURRENTLY ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE UNDER EXCHANGE ONLY- NO REFUND. IF THE ITEM YOU HAVE PURCHASED IS NOT YOUR STYLE UPON RECEIVING. YOU WILL RECEIVE THAT AMOUNT IN A GIFT BALANCE FOR THE STORE TO PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS.

There is a 14 day returns policy. This means from the day you receive your item/items, you have 14 days to request a return. Anything over a 14 day period will result in you not being able to return/exchange any items. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, you item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. 

RETRUNING AN ITEM 

To start a return please click the returns button at the top of our page and follow the instructions. To return an item contact us via the contact us button at the top of our page and submit a request. Or simply contact us via our social media/email.

When packaging your return, please include your name, address, order number and reason for return. If you cannot locate your order number, please don't hesitate to contact us via email/Instagram. 

Return costs are covered by the purchaser. We are not responsible to cover any postage costs and we kindly ask that you always make sure to track your returned parcel to make it easier for us to locate. This will also make sure that you, as the purchaser are covered. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

All orders are inspected upon dispatch but for any reason if there is a problem with your order being damaged/defective or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

ONCE RETURNED

All items go through a process of inspection upon return. Any item received that has body odour, makeup stains, ripped in places unusually (other than manufacturing fault) will be returned back to you and will not be eligible for exchange.

We will notify you when we receive the item and let you know if the return is approved or not. 

EXCHANGES

We offer a 14 day exchange policy. To exchange your item, please contact us via Instagram/Email. 

You will then be provided with a return address which you will then need to send your items back to. Please include name, order number and address on a note with what you would like to exchange for. Once items are received, we will post your new chosen items. 

DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS 

All discounted/sale items are NON REFUNDABLE. They are ONLY EXCHANGEABLE. This means that any items purchased which are discounted or on sale are only eligible for exchange. 

This information is laid out in the terms and conditions on our website and also detailed in our returns policy. This should always be read before purchasing.
